At STELP, we attach great importance to using donations transparently and sustainably. We also live these values at our events. We are therefore particularly proud of the fact that our events do not incur any costs. This is only possible thanks to the incredible support of our volunteers and partner companies. Whether it’s tablecloths, food or the artists who waive their fees – almost everything is donated or sponsored. Should costs nevertheless arise, generous supporters cover them for us.
How can companies support us
With your product
Provide us with your product for our event free of charge. Whether it's bar tables for our next networking event, food for our gala menu or great products for our high-quality goodie bag. We look forward to your support.
With your service
Many helping hands are needed to make an event a success. We are therefore very happy when you support us with your services. Whether it's stage equipment, set-up and dismantling services or communication: Anyone can STELP.
With your financial support
Although we try to keep our own costs as low as possible, we can't do it completely without costs. That's why we would be grateful if you could support us financially with your sponsorship.
In return, you can expect a comprehensive sponsorship package, lots of new contacts and best of all: your support will also help people in need.

At the event site
We can only master all our events thanks to the great support of our volunteers. Without support at the event itself, whether as service staff or during set-up, our events would not even be possible.
